CHEZ FRANCESKA
When you arrive at my home, you'll find a weathered early-twentieth-century house and its garden in a quiet residential area.
You'll be able to feel the boheme ambiance that my artist husband and I cultivated here over the years as french expatriates.

YOUR LIVING QUARTERS
As common areas, the house offers a living room, an office, a kitchen and a shaded courtyard in the garden.
On the ground floor, 2 connected bedrooms (with air-conditionning) offer 2 double beds and share a common bathroom.
Towards the roof terrasse, a spiral staircase leads you to a little room (double bed, no AC) and private bathroom.
I can accomodate families by adding up to 2 more single beds in the largest room downstairs, so feel free to ask me.

YOUR DISCOVERY OF ATHENS
You'll find yourself within 30-minute walking distance (at worst) of every major historical site.
Within 5-10 minutes, you can reach any means of transportation, a supermarket and of a few very local tavernas. I can give you a few tips on those!

Venizelos airport is 30 minutes away by cab.
Beware of cabs from the Airport! Ask for a map of athens at the airport, and make sure the cab driver takes the Kessariani exit. The cab fare shouldn't exceed 25€ from E. Venizelos Airport to the house (and cabs have a tendency to take quite sinuous routes...)

Booking Conditions.
Terms of payment

  1. 30% of the full lease amount is payable upon
    reservation.
  2. All amounts are payable to  Francoise ROUX
  3. Downpayments may be carried out by PAYPAL or by SWIFT Transfer(see below), once agreed on dates and rates with Franceska, click below. Account for 4% bank transfer charge.

  4. The reservation will be active upon receival of a PAYPAL notification or of the effective SWIFT Transfer to the Landlord’s account - expect 4 days for the SWIFT transfer to be effective.

  5. The remaining balance of 70% of the full lease
